    Detailed Scope of Rebuild:

    • All threads and entire body of the device are inspected for any visible damage

    • All internal wear surfaces are bore gauged and checked for proper size, and to ensure that the cylinder taper is within specifications. We replace shafts with brand new replacements if needed.

    • All internal O-rings and seals are replaced

    • We use an upgraded top seal on the main shaft/piston

    • After the rebuilding phase, we then perform our full function tests (as detailed below)

    Testing Phase:

    • We operate a full function check of the electric-hydraulic servo

    • Our test machine performs a hi-pot (high potential) test of the electrical parts of the device

    • A ohms/shorted turns test is then completed

    • A complete operational test is then executed, which cycles the servo for a long enough period of time to determine that the actuator is functioning properly and not leaking

    • A final high pressure static leak test is performed to doubly ensure the actuator is holding pressure and not allowing oil to seep past the seal

    Detailed Scope of Repair:

    •Actuator is cleaned, disassembled, and checked for common wear

    •Commonly, the front sealed bearings wear, in turn causing the drive shaft to wobble and cause timing issues

    •Sealed bearings are replaced along with other necessary seals

    •Shaft is then re-aligned and timed

    •The electronics of the unit are then tested to ensure there are no issues and fixed if needed

    •Units are re-assembled and tested one final time before packaging
